Medicinal mushrooms entered my life during my decade of tree planting in the Canadian wilderness.
After planting millions of trees, I learned how to excel energetically in this grueling job, often working through summer heat, spring downpours, and the rugged mountain terrain.
By my seventh season I then noticed the ineffectiveness of caffeine and the jitters that it brought along the way.
I leaned to Lion’s Mane for mental clarity and Cordyceps for physical endurance, aiding me to excel at the worksite and any assured challenges to arrive.
By switching to these mushrooms to replace my coffee cravings and afternoon energy crash, they boosted and supported me throughout the day.
Experiencing the effects firsthand inspired me to dive deeper into this subject and explore the mycelial world.
Coupled with my love for forests, these passions intertwined and led me to create Cedar Grove Mushrooms.
